About The Author

Clay Shivers is an American writer currently living in San Francisco. He grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, but spent every summer at his grandparents ranch near Georgetown, Texas, where he first became fascinated by the American frontier and where he discovered his love for westerns and cowboy boots, and learned to fear rattlesnakes. He attended college at SMU in Dallas, Texas. For the last twenty years he has worked as an advertising copywriter, travel writer and travel photographer.
